I created these characters just purely out of joy. I wanted to do Inktober and thought it would be interesting to create situations/story beats with these two using the prompts that were provided on the list.
Kamu and Layan are like brothers. Their mother 'She-lion' left the pride to raise these two on her own because 'He-lion' (leader of the pride) did not approve of Kamu (as he is not their kind) and wanted to eat him.
These drawings/story beats illustrate their day to day life in the jungle. They are super fun to draw!
